Remember The Misery Index? It is the summation of the Unemployment Rate plus the CPI, and it is currently at 12.70% and is heading higher. If 9% CPI remains sticky, and the Unemployment rate starts to tick up, The Misery Index will take out the Covid Pandemic high at 15.03%. Everyone will be miserable if that happens.
